Biran Online is back, under new management! Many thanks to Mark Reid, Biran’s retiring editor 2019-2023. 

Here we are, post pandemic, and it’s a new time of reconnection. I have volunteered to take on the editorship of Biran Online in the hope that through frequent posts we can share our thoughts and experiences, and in this way strengthen Birankai. 

Everyone has a story to tell. Please consider telling us a story from your heart. If it turns out to be deep and scholarly, great. If it is light hearted and humorous, great. Something in between, great.

Everyone is encouraged to send in their thoughts. Tell us a story. Shorter is better, photos are encouraged, short videos are ok. Send submissions to editorbiran@gmail.com. 

Types of articles needed: reflections from new students and younger students, philosophical articles, articles about summer camp, articles about Chiba Sensei, seminar experiences, test essays, interviews, medical subjects, organization reports, anything you would like to say.
