\nOf living collaboratively
\nWith teachers, students,
\nAnd community – Aikidoists
\nTraining with heart and intent
\nSuccessfully testing to limits
\nNages and ukes leaving
\nLittle on the mat
\nA large cricket attacking guests
\nWith doleful looks and demands
\nFor lots of belly-rubs
\nAn anniversary, birthday, testing
\nPromotions, grand weather
\nAll great reasons to share
\nA mutual gathering of like minds
\nTwo wooden posts – a hard reminder
\nThat ten-directional eyes
\nIs more than just a weird saying!
\nA visiting west coast master
\nSuch were all the ingredients
\nFor another great seminar
